How does the custom process work?
Every Beast + Bonbon piece is made to order from the photo you upload. After you place your order, we email you a digital design proof, usually within 24-48 hours. Once you approve it, your order goes into production and ships shortly after.
What kind of pet photo should I upload?
Upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo of your pet. The sharper the image, the better your final product looks, so try to avoid blurry, dark, or low-resolution photos. Your design is created directly from the photo you submit.
When will I receive my design proof?
We email your digital proof typically within 24-48 hours of ordering. Please check your inbox and spam folder and confirm promptly, since production doesn't begin until you approve your proof. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, we may proceed based on your original order details to avoid further delay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email us at hello@beastbonbon.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before production starts. Once an order is in production, changes and cancellations can't be guaranteed, and the order can't be refunded.

Shipping & eturns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 8-12 days. Because each item is custom made, that timing begins once you approve your design proof and then covers production and shipping. All timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because every item is personalized for your pet, all custom products are final sale, so we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order details carefully before checking out.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can confirm it. We'll promptly remake and resend the correct item at no cost to you. This applies to production or shipping errors, not to approved proofs or photo quality concerns.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
We're happy to help with international orders. Email us at hello@beastbonbon.com to confirm we ship to your country and any customs fees or duties that may apply.

What are your woven products made of?
Our woven products are made from cotton yarn and are woven rather than printed, which gives them a soft, textured, heirloom feel.
Can I feature more than one pet on a product?
Yes, we love celebrating the whole family. If you'd like to include more, we'll always do our best to make it work for your family for a small additional fee.

Can I use photos of dogs, cats, or other pets?
Yes. We can create products featuring dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses, and many other pets.
Why do the colors look a little different from the digital photo?
Our blankets and pillows are crafted from 100% cotton yarn rather than printed with ink, the final piece can have a warmer, slightly more orange-toned color, with details that look softer and more blended than the digital artwork you approve.
It's part of the handmade, woven character of each piece.
How do I care for my custom products?
For the longest life, follow the care label included with your product. As a general guide, woven cotton pieces do best with a gentle, cold wash and air drying.
