Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
  • All items are custom made to order specifically for your pet
  • Once you approve your design proof, your order enters production and ships shortly after
  • You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships
  • Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or holidays
  • We are not responsible for delays once your package is in the carrier's hands, or for packages marked delivered but reported missing (please file a claim with the carrier)

Order & Proof Process

  • After you order, you'll receive a digital design proof by email, typically within 24-48 hours
  • Please review your proof carefully and confirm before we begin production
  • Production does not begin until your proof is approved, so checking your email promptly helps your order ship faster
  • If we don't hear back in 48 hours, we may proceed based on your original order details to avoid further delay

Returns & Refunds

Personalized Products

  • All personalized and custom items are final sale
  • Because each design is created specifically for your pet, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom products
  • Please review your order details carefully before placing your order

Cancellations & Changes

  • Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins
  • Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@beastbonbon.com and we'll do our best to help before production starts

Replacements for Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery
  • A photo of the issue is required so we can confirm and resolve it
  • We will promptly remake and resend the correct item at no cost to you
  • Replacements apply to production or shipping errors, not to approved proofs or photo quality issues

Order Accuracy

  • Your custom product is created using the exact pet photo you submit, so please upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution image
  • Once you approve your design proof, the order is final and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or remakes for design-related concerns
  • Woven products are made from 100% cotton yarn rather than printed, so colors may appear more muted and fine details softer than the digital graphic you approve
